Brittain Brothers residents can also pay their rent online each month through their Tenant Portal which can be accessed on our site. Likewise, you can always fill out and submit maintenance requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Whether it’s a big problem or a small one, or it happens in the middle of the day or the middle of the night, you can rest easy knowing that we’ll be out to take care of you as soon as we can.
